Protein rich avocado tartar

This is a dish for all the vegetarians who want fancy tartar. for you guys I made avocado tartar and it’s delicious! Give it a try its easy to make and make you look like a fancy ass chef ;)

Skill Level: Beginner

Ingredient:
- avocado cubed
- red onion chopped
- cilantro chopped
- tomato cubed
- cumin powder
- lime
- egg sunny side up
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- jalapenio (optional)
- wochestashire (optional)

Preparation:
1. Add the avocado, onion, tomato, jalapenio, cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper to a bowl.
avocado2. Add the olive oil, lime, and worchestashire in small amounts. Stir the ingredient together, making sure the constancy is thick enough that you can mold it, and it will hold its shape.

3. Use a small Bowl or ring mold to shape the mixture in to a cylindrical shape. Drizzle more olive oil around it. Add a touch of salt and pepper, with a dash of paprika. Than finish by sprinkling the leftover cilantro over top. Optionally add some chips and this dish is DONE!
